Faculty of Teacher Education

  B.A. B.Ed. (4 -Year Integrated Programme)

A comprehensive Programme integrating liberal arts with professional teacher education, aligned with NEP guidelines, preparing future educators with strong subject mastery and pedagogical skills.

  Degree Course in Teacher Education: B.Ed. (2 -Year Programme)

Offered with teaching methodology in Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) and Humanities Subjects (Hindi, English, Social Sciences), focusing on pedagogy, assessment, and experiential learning.

  Diploma Course: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is a two-year teacher training Programme designed to prepare students for teaching at the primary and upper primary levels. The Programme focuses on developing professional skills, pedagogical understanding, and practical teaching competence.

The D.El.Ed. Programme at ORIENTAL B.Ed COLLEGE LALBURRA of Teacher Training is conducted in accordance with the norms and regulations prescribed by the NCTE and the affiliating University / Board.
